Meet the newest addition to our Organic Cotton + Tencel Stretch Knit family: this new stretch jersey knit is the slightly heavier sister to our beloved original. It shares the same softness with a touch more weight, perfect for projects that crave a bit more substance and structure. With its exceptional recovery and resilience, this new special Oeko-Tex Standard 100-certified blend is perfect for crafting t-shirts, knit tops, dresses, and leggings. Plus, it's fully opaque, eliminating the need for a lining.

Care Instructions

Wash

Always pretreat fabric before sewing to remove chemical sizing from the manufacturing process. Pre-washing also gives you a better sense of the true drape and handfeel of a fabric. We recommend washing and drying fabric in the same way you intend to wash your finished garment. Be sure to separate brights and colours, as some dyes and prints may run the first few times you wash them.

Long-Term Care

Wash in cool water on the delicate cycle, and line dry or tumble dry on low. Finished garments should be hand washed with cool water to ensure minimal shrinkage.

Fabric Tips

Use a medium iron with a pressing cloth. We recommend starting your project with a brand new ballpoint or stretch needle.
