From our studio in beautiful Montreal, Canada, we are delighted to ship to makers worldwide!  For US & Canadian customers, shipping is always free on orders over $150.

We are committed to investing in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping. The transportation used to ship our orders burns fossil fuels and generates carbon emissions. To help minimize our footprint, we participate in a system to help offset carbon emissions. For each package we ship, we contribute funds based on distance travelled and weight of package to forest conservation projects. You can learn more about this initiative here.

Canadian Customers

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and all orders include tracking. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is prepared. Once you've been sent a tracking number, your order should arrive within 3-7 days depending on the service you selected.

US Customers

American orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex and all orders include tracking. Once your shipment is prepared, you will be sent a notification email with tracking information. Your USPS order should arrive within 4-7 days and your Fedex order should arrive within 7-10 days.

International Customers

We ship internationally! We have worked hard to find a shipping service that allows us to provide affordable international shipping rates, and orders to most countries include tracking. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is prepared. Once you've been sent a tracking number, you can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 12-40 days depending on your location. We ask that you be patient while waiting for your package; Covid-19 has caused widespread delays in shipping around the world, which is unfortunately out of our control.

We charge VAT on all orders from the UK and EU, and we document that information on your package to help lower value shipments move more quickly through customs. That said, all additional customs and duties that may be collected at the border are the sole responsibility of the customer.


We pride ourselves on our high quality product imagery and thoughtful descriptions to ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing. While we work hard to ensure colour accuracy when shooting and editing images,  please note that colours may vary depending on your device and monitor. 

We leave a 36 hour window after orders are placed; this is the only time we can cancel or refund an order. Once your fabric is cut, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns. If we sent you the wrong fabric, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation. After 30 days from your original purchase date, we will not be able to accept returns on any item, and we do not accept returns for fabrics that have been cut or altered by the customer.
