Attention, marinière lovers! After searching high and low for the perfect Breton stripe jersey, we decided to create our own. The result: a midweight 100% organic cotton jersey knit, featuring a medium drape and a striking red on cream stripe pattern that captures the essence of the classic Breton shirt—approved by a lifelong Bretonne! At 280 gsm, this jersey has a satisfying body and slight heft, balancing mid and heavyweight. Coloured with GOTS-certified dyes, it’s incredibly soft to the touch (and only gets better with washing). Low-stretch and stable, it’s a dream to sew and wear. Fully opaque and versatile, it’s ideal for a classic marinière, nautical-inspired dresses, casual tees, or cozy joggers and sweatshirts.
