Once you sign in, you can easily check your point total in the My Balance tab. You can see a breakdown of all the actions you’ve taken to earn and redeem points. You can view and manage your available rewards in the My Rewards tab.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to reward past purchases. But don’t worry—there are plenty of opportunities to earn rewards on your future orders!

The program is available in the countries where we ship. Check your shipping destination during checkout to confirm eligibility.

Your points and spending will be added to your account once your order is marked as fulfilled, which can take a few days. If your order is later refunded, your points and VIP tier status will be adjusted accordingly.

The VIP Tiers are based on how much you spend in the Core Fabrics store. As soon as your total spending reaches the threshold for a tier, you unlock the perks linked to that tier.
These perks usually include a free gift with your next purchase, a one-time free shipping discount for Linen and Silk tier members, early access to sales and special collections, the opportunity to vote on future fabric colours and collections, for Linen and Silk tier members, an extra discount during our big anniversary sale and more.

Great question! Even though Core Fabrics is based in Canada, our store was originally set up in U.S. dollars, which means that both the rewards program and the VIP tiers are based on USD amounts.
We display the conversion into your local currency (CAD), but because of exchange rates, the thresholds may not appear as round numbers. Rest assured — the system tracks everything accurately!

When you unlock a free gift by reaching a new tier, it will be available in your Rewards section. To redeem it, simply click on "Redeem" and add it to your next order before checkout.

Once you reach a tier, your status is valid for 365 days. During that time, you can either maintain your current tier by continuing to meet the spending requirement, or move up to a higher tier if you spend more.
If, after 365 days, you have not met the minimum spending requirement to stay in your current tier or move up, you will be downgraded by one tier level.
For example, if you reach the Linen Tier on May 1, 2025, you will have until April 30, 2026, to either reach the Silk Tier or maintain your Linen Tier status. If you don’t meet the spending requirement by then, you would move down to the Cotton Tier on May 1, 2026.

When you are downgraded, you will no longer receive the entry perks like the free gift or the one-time free shipping discount that come with reaching a new tier.
However, you will still enjoy the ongoing perks of your new tier, such as early access to sales, special collections, and the ability to vote on upcoming colours and fabrics.
