Dry-cleanable and washable up to 40 degrees Celsius or 104 degrees Fahrenheit

Fabric Tips

Use a press cloth like silk organza or lightweight cotton to protect your iron and fabric. Set your iron to medium to high heat (cottons can take higher heat, while more delicate fabrics like viscose are better on medium). Low heat may not be hot enough to melt the glue.

From our studio in beautiful Montreal, Canada, we are delighted to ship to makers worldwide. Shipping is free on U.S. and Canadian orders over $150. U.S. and Canadian orders ship in 3-7 business days, and international orders take between 12-40 days. That said, all additional customs and duties that may be collected at the border are the sole responsibility of the customer.

I have used this interfacing in my tailored jackets for several years. The result is always spot on. It gives a nice hand to the wools that I use. I know I will be able to wear the garment for many years and it will keep its shape perfectly.

Midweight Weft Interfacing for Tailoring - Black

I contacted Core when I was making a lined wool vest for my son-in-law, and asked them what they suggested for an interfacing. This was the product they recommended. I bought enough for the one vest, and after using it, I ordered several more yards to use for other soft wool projects I have waiting. It is lightweight and soft and ironed on nicely with a silk ironing cloth. I highly recommend this product. Core was very friendly and helpful and delivered the order very quickly. Thank you Core.
