From our studio in beautiful Montreal, Canada, we are delighted to ship to our wholesale clients worldwide! Non Canadian and US orders and orders under 150$ are calculated by weight.

Transport costs are always extra for wholesale sales.

Carbon Neutral Shipping

We are committed to investing in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping, as the transportation used to ship our orders burns fossil fuels and generates carbon emissions. To help minimize our footprint, we contribute funds for every package shipped to support projects that remove excess carbon dioxide from the environment. Process

Please note that the process for shipping wholesale orders differs from the retail orders. Delivery information (complete street address with door or loading dock number) must appear on the customer's wholesale profile, so that delivery can be properly coordinated. It is possible to display several different delivery addresses per customer.

  • Once your basket is complete and you have clicked on the “Submit for Approval” button, we will validate the best delivery method according to the size of your order and shipping address. You may be contacted for proper coordination for larger orders.

  • Once the transport has been arranged, the updated invoice will be sent to you for payment.

  • Once the order has been paid in full, the order will be shipped out from our Montreal warehouse.

Please note that you may coordinate your own transport with the company of your choice. Just let know our sales representative that this is your preference and  no freight charges will be associated with the invoice. We will then provide you with the shipping weight and dimensions, and will wait for you to send the shipping labels by email to our sales representative.

Return policy

Once an order is cut and shipped, no refunds are possible.

However, we do offer a 24-hour turnaround (business days) after receipt of each wholesale order if there is a problem with the order. You must contact your sales representative by e-mail to inform her of the nature of the problem.

  • Submit explanation of the issue

Once a non-conformity agreement has been reached, a return process can be initiated. Please note that it is imperative to validate the quality of the merchandise before cutting. Rolls must be untouched and intact to allow for the return process.

No cancellation is possible if the customer is not on site to receive the merchandise.
