Founded in 2009, Grainline Studio seeks to provide patterns that gently challenge and teach the home sewist new tools for their skillset. Professionally graded and thoughtfully designed, their patterns run from the classic to the modern (and include ornaments and plush toys!).
Grainline Pattern - Archer Shirt
The Archer Button Up is a loosely fitted button up shirt with long sleeves. View A has angled cuffs and a back pleat at yoke. View B has straight cuffs and a gathered lower back detail.
Techniques involved include sewing a straight seam, setting sleeves, continuous button plackets, adding a shirt collar and buttons & buttonholes.
Recommended fabric: Light to midweight fabrics ranging from silk charmeuse, crepe de chine, cotton shirting, poplin, chambray, sateen, lightweight to midweight denim, linen, linen blends, and flannel.
This is a printed paper pattern. Size options are US 0-18 and 14-32

You will be emailed when your order is ready for shipping; a tracking number will be provided when applicable. After you've been notified, average shipping times for the US + Canada is 3-7 business days. International shipments may take anywhere from 12-40 days depending on your location. International customers may be charged VAT depending on their location. Customs and duties on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
