Midweight fully opaque Tencel lyocell knit in caramel. Super soft with generous stretch and fluid drape for t-shirts, tanks, and knit dresses.

  • Why You’ll Love It: Supple with a liquid movement and great recovery, so every piece bounces back into shape wear after wear. The warm caramel tone is an easy everyday neutral that works with just about everything.
  • How It’s Made: Knitted from 95% Tencel lyocell and 5% spandex. Tencel lyocell is a fibre derived from sustainably sourced wood pulp using a closed-loop production process that recycles water and solvents.
  • What To Make: T-shirts, tops, tanks, and knit dresses. Fully opaque at rest, with some transparency when fully stretched, so consider this when pattern cutting for fitted styles.

Care Instructions

Wash

Always pretreat fabric before sewing to remove chemical sizing from the manufacturing process. Pre-washing also gives you a better sense of the true drape and handfeel of a fabric. We recommend washing and drying fabric in the same way you intend to wash your finished garment. Be sure to separate brights and colours, as some dyes and prints may run the first few times you wash them.

Long-Term Care

Wash in cool water on the delicate cycle, and line dry or tumble dry on low. Finished garments should be hand washed with cool water to ensure minimal shrinkage.

Fabric Tips

Use a medium iron with a pressing cloth. We recommend starting your project with a brand new ballpoint or stretch needle.
