From our studio in beautiful Montreal, Canada, we are delighted to ship to makers worldwide. Shipping is free on Canadian and US orders over $150. 

We ship globally!

Orders outside of Canada are subject to customs and duties and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any applicable Duties and Tariffs are collected at checkout and packages are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

I think this would be tricky - but my only add for this process would be that for closet core/closet core crew products it would be nice if there was a way to not even have to mess with the download of the pattern to upload again? Maybe there is and I missed it? Customer service was great when my file didnt work the first time - so appreciate that. I know that the josephine would be difficult to do with my Ditto Projector so that is why i opted for paper. So to that note - not about Large format printing but about projector files, i would love it if they were by size and i could download easier for the ditto projector - when i cut out bianca it was hard because all the sizes come through on the projector file. Thanks for being you and great!

A miss

I had a pattern printed and a key pattern line was missing. Also, when I ironed the pattern flat the ink smudged. When I turned it over and ironed it on the back, the ink transferred to my ironing board cover. Not to mention the mess on my ironing - very difficult to clean, and still all the ink is not off.
