Carbon Neutral Shipping
We are committed to investing in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping, as the transportation used to ship our orders burns fossil fuels and generates carbon emissions. To help minimise our footprint, we contribute funds for every package shipped to support projects that remove excess carbon dioxide from the environment. Canadian Shipping
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx and all orders include tracking. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is prepared. Once you've been sent a tracking number, your order should arrive within 3-7 days depending on the service you selected.
There is an option available to ship up to 10 swatches at a lower cost using Canada Post lettermail. This service is untracked, and can take longer.
US Shipping
American orders are shipped via Fedex and all orders include tracking. Once your shipment is prepared, you will be sent a notification email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 7-10 days.
Starting August 27, 2025, we can no longer use Canada Post to deliver to U.S. PO Boxes, military bases, or certain remote locations. If this affects your order, we’ll need an alternate shipping address (like a FedEx pickup location for example), as FedEx is currently our only available option. We understand this isn’t ideal and are actively exploring additional solutions. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have news.

Starting May 2, 2025, the U.S. government ended duty-free (de minimis) treatment for goods from China and Hong Kong. This means that all products of Chinese origin imported into the U.S. will be subject to applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes, billed at or after delivery, and will be the responsibility of the customer.
An executive order was signed July 30th, 2025 ending the tariff exemption for all imports valued under $800, which were previously duty-free. As a result, starting August 29, all shipments entering the U.S. may be subject to tariffs—regardless of their value or country of origin.
Any applicable tariffs and duties will be collected at checkout. Packages will be shipped using DDP or Delivered Duty Paid shipping terms. This means that you should not receive any additional invoice from the carrier. If this occurs, please dispute the invoice and let us know as soon as possible.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally! We have worked hard to find a shipping service that allows us to provide affordable international shipping rates. Orders to most countries include tracking. Once you've been sent a tracking number, you can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 7-14 days depending on your location. We ask that you be patient while waiting for your package, as some international shipping services experience delays.
For addresses that FedEx does not ship to, we offer Canada Post International air and Xpress post International as options. This service can take up to 30 business days depending on customs clearance delays.
We charge VAT on all orders from the UK and EU, and we document that information on your package to help lower value shipments move more quickly through customs. VAT is not collected on orders over 150€. All additional customs and duties that may be collected at the border are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on our high quality product imagery and thoughtful descriptions to ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing. While we work hard to ensure colour accuracy when shooting and editing images, please note that colours may vary depending on your device and monitor. We suggest that you order a swatch before purchasing to verify the colour, texture and feel of the fabric.
We leave a 24 hour window after orders are placed; this is the only time we can cancel or refund an order. Once your fabric is cut, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns. Only If we sent you the wrong fabric, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation. After 30 days from your original purchase date, we will not be able to accept returns on any item, and we do not accept returns for fabrics that have been cut or altered by the customer.
