The Thayer is a workwear inspired jacket that will take you from fall to winter with ease. It features a slight A-line shape, roomy patch pockets and inseam yoke pockets, two-piece sleeves, and is fully lined for plenty of warmth. Front princess seams ensure a great fit.

Recommended fabric: Medium to heavyweight woven fabrics such as denim, twill, corduroy, or canvas.

Format + sizes: This is a printed paper pattern. Size options are US 0-18, and US 14-30

From our studio in beautiful Montreal, Canada, we are delighted to ship to makers worldwide. Shipping is free on Canadian and US orders over $150. 

We ship globally! Non Canadian and US orders and orders under 150$ are calculated by weight.

Orders outside of Canada are subject to customs and duties and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders to the US under 800$ are duty-free.

We are committed to investing in sustainability initiatives to counteract the environmental impact of shipping. We offset our carbon footprint by contributing funds for every package shipped to supporting projects that remove excess carbon dioxide from the environment.

Thayer Jacket pattern

I think this is going to be my go-to jacket pattern. I’ve been looking for something with this shape that can be adapted for either button front or a simple zipper closure. It’s on my cutting table now with a quilted fabric for a nice fall jacket
