Lightweight 100% Tencel in stone blue with subtle twill weave; fully opaque with fluid drape, ideal for blouses, dresses, and flowy pants.

This beautiful deadstock Tencel comes from Montreal indie designer Cokluch and features a soft stone blue hue that lends itself effortlessly to everyday elegance. Woven with a subtle twill structure, it has a fluid, flowing drape that moves with a liquid ease. The hand is exceptionally soft and smooth, cool to the touch in the way Tencel is known for, with a gentle weightlessness that feels breathable yet fully opaque. Its graceful movement makes it especially suited to blouses with soft gathers, dresses that skim the body, and flowy pants that benefit from swish and sway without cling. Fully opaque, no lining is required.

Care Instructions

Wash

Always pretreat fabric before sewing to remove chemical sizing from the manufacturing process. Pre-washing also gives you a better sense of the true drape and handfeel of a fabric. We recommend washing and drying fabric in the same way you intend to wash your finished garment. Be sure to separate brights and colours, as some dyes and prints may run the first few times you wash them.

Long-Term Care

Wash in cool water on the delicate cycle, and line dry or tumble dry on low. Finished garments should be hand washed with cool water to ensure minimal shrinkage.

Fabric Tips

Use an extra sharp pair of shears or rotary cutter and pattern weights to cut your fabric. Use a medium iron when pressing.
