Say hello to this lightweight Warp Stretch Wicking Nylon, a deadstock gem from Rose Boréal, an eco-conscious activewear brand from Eastern Canada. Originally paired with Sherpa Fleece in their signature Sutton Polar Pullover, this fabric blends performance and versatility. Made from 95% nylon and 5% spandex, it features moisture-wicking properties and vertical stretch (hence the name "warp stretch") to keep you comfortable on the move. Lightweight yet durable, it’s ideal for sewing jackets, pants, and shorts that can keep up with your adventures, whether you're hitting the trails or staying active in style. Fully opaque, it doesn't require a lining.

Care Instructions

Wash

Always pretreat fabric before sewing to remove chemical sizing from the manufacturing process. Pre-washing also gives you a better sense of the true drape and handfeel of a fabric. We recommend washing and drying fabric in the same way you intend to wash your finished garment. Be sure to separate brights and colours, as some dyes and prints may run the first few times you wash them.

Long-Term Care

Can be machine washed with warm or cool water, then dried on low. Remove from dryer as soon as fabric is dry.

Fabric Tips

Use a warm iron with press cloth.
