This deadstock viscose chiffon from a luxury Montreal designer strikes the perfect balance between graphic and delicate. A series of mid-scale charcoal circles, accented with soft brown, float across a cream background like hand-drawn bubbles lifted from the pages of an artist’s sketchbook. The effect is quietly bold: expressive without overpowering. Lightweight and semi-sheer with a fluid drape, this chiffon is ideal for floaty blouses, statement dresses, elegant robes, or layering pieces that play with transparency. Add a lining for coverage, or let the sheerness create soft, dreamy dimension.
This deadstock fabric comes from a Montreal-based luxury fashion house founded in 2001, renowned for its impeccably tailored womenswear. Committed to local production and exceptional craftsmanship, the brand’s collections are a tribute to timeless style and premium materials.

Locally sourced
Wash
Always pretreat fabric before sewing to remove chemical sizing from the manufacturing process. Pre-washing also gives you a better sense of the true drape and handfeel of a fabric. We recommend washing and drying fabric in the same way you intend to wash your finished garment. Be sure to separate brights and colours, as some dyes and prints may run the first few times you wash them.
Long-Term Care
Wash in cool water on the delicate cycle, and line dry or tumble dry on low. Finished garments should be hand washed with cool water to ensure minimal shrinkage.

Use an extra sharp pair of shears or rotary cutter and pattern weights to cut your fabric. Use a medium iron when pressing.
